The APAIE Board of Directors Recently Met in Kaohsiung, Taiwan
In preparation for the 2017 Taiwan APAIE Conference, the Board of Directors recently met in in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Over two days of intensive meetings, the APAIE Board of Directors progressed preparations for the 2017 APAIE Conference & Exhibition which will take place in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, 20-23 March.
The lead hosts for the 2017 event, National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU), warmly welcomed the President of APAIE, our own Professor Susan Elliott, Deputy Provost & Deputy Vice-Chancellor, who expressed her gratitude to the President of NSYSU, Professor Ying-Tao Cheng, for his kind hospitality and for hosting the 2017 Conference.
During the Board of Directors' meetings, Professor Elliott presented the post-conference report from the 2016 APAIE conference, on behalf of the lead host, The University of Melbourne. The Board was pleased to learn the 2016 conference returned a surplus.
Following the success of the 2016 conference, we extend an invitation to all to support the 2017 event to continue networking with international colleagues and university partners.
